Her professional experience encompasses online and offline worlds. This perspective allows her to better understand the challenges many of her partners are facing. Her daily duties focus on engaging with partners from around Europe, with whom she shares the best practices aimed at raising their sales potential. Agata is people-oriented, privately a sports enthusiast.

Paulina graduated from the University of Economics in Poznan. As German is her passion, she has mainly focused on working with German companies and customers in her professional life.

In Allegro since 2021, as KAM she helps European sellers (especially from the DACH region) to expand their business, supports them in overcoming difficulties and suggests how to develop their potential.

Paulina is open to challenges, is a fast learner, enjoys running in her spare time and, more recently, skiing.
